Cologne Academy is a school of character. 

Cologne Academy’s mission and vision is rooted in two ideals: the core knowledge curriculum and character development.  Our character education is two-fold: building character and addressing the social-emotional domain.   Cologne Academy's resource for character development is the Core Virtues program whose goals are the cultivation of character through such virtues as respect, courage, diligence, patience, responsibility, compassion, perseverance, faithfulness, and more. Character Development is weaved throughout each day in the way we treat ourselves, each other, and the school.
